1 Routine training
For new users who use Seamaty analyzers for the first time, as well as old users who have training needs, the agents are required to provide professional training related to the operation and use of products, common precautions, maintenance and so on.

2 Maintenance frequency
After the instrument has been installed and used, the agent will provide quarterly after-sales service, including but not limited to one visit.

3 Feedback timely processing
If the user has any questions when using Seamaty analyzers, the agent staff should respond to deal with them in a timely manner. If the problem is unmanageable can be transferred to the factory sales or after-sales processing.

4 If there is a failure, promptly reissue reagent discs

Users due to instrument or disk failure caused by reagent disk damage, agents need to promptly record, and according to the actual situation to provide users with replacement reagent disk.
